JustSOFTBALL, a Nationally recognized training and development program and Goodwill Series, Inc. will select female athletes for our 16U competition and player development program in Italy. The travel dates are; Depart on Aug 21st, and return on Sept 1st, . This is our 3rd journey to Italy. Since August 02, approximately 220 people have enjoyed our trips to Italy, China and Australia.
The travel fee for players is $, payable to Goodwill Series Inc., a nonprofit corporation. Sponsor letters are available on request. Each player will receive the air fare (LAX to Milan with return), a travel shirt, 3 Star Hotels, some meals, ground transportation, some sightseeing, competitive games, professional coaching, insurance and travel coordination. Parents and guests may also travel at a travel cost of $.
JustSOFTBALL is providing the coaches - Susie Parra and Deb Hartwig, Karen Cagle will be the group leader. Instruction is our objective. We will play 6 to 8 games vs the Italians.We will have 2 Italian guides with us for the entire trip.
A US passport is required.

JUST SOFTBALL 2007 ITALIAN TOUR
FRI
Arrive in Milan Malpensa airport (MXP), transfer by bus to the hotel.

SAT
Time to shop and visit the town in the morning, then transfer by bus to play
a double header with teams in the outbound zone of Milan.
Highlights in Milan: fashion & shopping, the "Duomo" (cathedral), the
"Scala" (opera house).
In the evening of Sunday we'll take a sleeper train to Rome.

MON to WED
We'll spend the whole days in Rome "caput mundi" (the head of the world)
visiting the old and new beauties of the town.
Highlights in Rome: the Coliseum, the ruins of the ancient Rome, Vatican
city with St. Peter's cathedral, Piazza Navona, Trevi's fountain, Piazza
di Spagna, the house of Parliament, museums and much more
THU & FRI
Early train to Venice: the town that lies on the water. We'll have the chance
of visiting this incredible and romantic town with all of its attractions
by boat and walking among the "calli" (tiny streets).
Highlights in Venice: St. Mark's place, clock tower and cathedral, the Sospiri
(sighs) bridge, traditional artisanal shops (glass, carnival masques etc.),
several museums and much more
In the evening of Friday we'll take the train back to Milan
SAT & SUN
Time to shop and visit Milan in the morning, then transfer by bus to play
a tournament with teams in the outbound zone of Milan.
MON
Transfer by bus to Milan Malpensa airport, bye bye.
