Students Travel To China For Softball Tournament

JustSOFTBALL, a Nationally recognized training and development  program and Goodwill Series Inc., sponsor of international student tournaments in Japan, China, Australia, Korea and the USA, have selected a team of outstanding female high school athletes for a "high level" competition and player development program in China.

JustSOFTBALL is providing the coaches:
1994 National Player of the Year award winner Susie Parra and two-time ASA All-American, Deb Hartwig.

Since 1984, over 4,000 American baseball players have enjoyed travel to  China, Japan, Korea and Australia for international tournaments. This will be the 16th trip to China for teams developed by Goodwill Series Inc. and the Beijing International Sports Exchange - the first for women's softball. Instruction is the primary objective and the teams from China will provide strong competition, but the trip is sure to be both educational and a real adventure for the girls.
